Ordering
Where are Antler Gear products made?
Every Antler Gear product is manufactured in the United States using American materials and American labor. We don't outsource any part of the production process.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we're working on it. In the meantime, if you want to gift Antler Gear to someone, reach out to us and we'll help you figure out a solution.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as possible at support@antlergear.com. Once an order is in transit, we can't modify it, but you can return it once delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is something we're exploring for the future.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping (free on all orders) arrives in 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, no minimum required.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Worn-in-the-field gear cannot be returned unless it's defective — that's what the warranty is for.
How do I start a return?
Email support@antlergear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Exchanges are free and we'll ship the new size as soon as we receive your return. If you need the new size urgently, let us know — we can sometimes ship before the return arrives.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide page which includes detailed measurement charts for all product categories, fit tips for our layering system, and an AI sizing assistant that gives personalized recommendations based on your height, weight, and fit preference.
Do your products run true to size?
Generally yes. Outerwear is cut to accommodate layering underneath, so a Large in our insulated jackets will fit over a base layer and mid layer without sizing up. Base layers are designed for a snug, next-to-skin fit.
I'm between sizes. Should I go up or down?
For outerwear and insulated pieces, go up. For base layers, go down or stick with the smaller size for a performance fit. If you prefer a looser base layer, go up one.
Product Care
How do I wash my Antler Gear?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild, scent-free detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. For waterproof shells, run an extra rinse cycle to fully remove detergent residue, and tumble dry on medium for 20 minutes to reactivate the DWR coating.
How do I maintain the waterproof coating?
The DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish is reactivated by heat. After washing, tumble dry on medium for 20 minutes. If water stops beading after extended use, you can apply a spray-on DWR treatment (we recommend Nikwax TX.Direct). This applies to products with AeroBarrier and HydroSeal technologies.
Can I dry clean Antler Gear?
No. Dry cleaning solvents will damage waterproof membranes and DWR coatings. Always machine wash or hand wash per the care label.
How do I store gear in the off-season?
Store in a cool, dry place. Hang jackets and pants rather than compressing them in a bag for extended periods — this helps insulation maintain its loft. For scent-controlled whitetail products, store in a sealed scent-free container or bag.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship — seam failures, zipper malfunctions, membrane delamination, insulation failure, and hardware breakage. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or improper care. See our full Warranty page for details.
How long does the warranty last?
The practical lifetime of the product. As long as the garment is still functional and hasn't been worn out through years of normal use, the warranty applies. We don't put an arbitrary expiration on it.
Do I need my receipt for a warranty claim?
An order number speeds things up, but if you purchased directly from us, we have your order on file. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, we may ask for proof of purchase.
Forum Rewards
How does the forum rewards program work?
Every time you create a thread (8 pts), post a reply (4 pts), or receive a like (1 pt), you earn points. Points convert to store credit at a rate of 1 point = $0.01. You can redeem any whole-number amount from your dashboard at any time.
Is there a daily earning limit?
Yes. You can earn up to 50 points ($0.50) per day. Like-based points are sub-capped at 15 per day. This keeps the system fair and rewards consistent participation over spam.
What are the tier ranks?
Scout (0–199 pts), Tracker (200–599 pts), RidgeRunner (600–1,199 pts), and Legend (1,200+ pts). Your tier is based on your current point balance, so redeeming points can lower your rank. There's a real tradeoff between cashing out and holding tier.
Do my points expire?
No. Points do not expire. Your balance stays until you redeem it.
How do I redeem points for store credit?
Go to your Dashboard, scroll to the Forum Stats section, and enter the number of points you'd like to redeem. The equivalent dollar amount is applied to your store credit balance instantly.
