Lifetime Warranty Against Defects

Every Antler Gear product is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. “Lifetime” means the practical life of the product — the period during which it's still functional and hasn't been worn out through normal use. We don't put an arbitrary expiration on our promise because we don't put an arbitrary limit on our standards.

This warranty applies to all products purchased directly from antlergear.com or an authorized Antler Gear retailer. It covers the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What's Covered

Seam failures and stitching separation under normal use
Zipper malfunctions not caused by debris, misuse, or improper care
Delamination of waterproof membranes (AeroBarrier, HydroSeal)
Insulation clumping or migration that impairs warmth (SummitTherm)
Fabric tears or failures at reinforcement points under normal field conditions
Hardware failure (snaps, buckles, drawcord locks)
DWR coating failure within the first 2 years when care instructions are followed

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear — fading, pilling, minor scuffs from extended field use
Damage caused by improper care (bleach, dry cleaning, high heat drying)
Damage from accidents, misuse, or modifications (cuts, burns, alterations)
Odor retention from failure to follow scent control care instructions
Cosmetic damage that does not affect garment performance
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Repair Before Replace

Whenever possible, we'll repair your gear rather than replace it. A well-worn jacket with a blown seam is still a jacket that's been broken in exactly how you want it. We respect that.

If a repair isn't possible, we'll replace the product with the same item or the closest current equivalent. If the product has been discontinued with no equivalent, we'll issue store credit for the original purchase price.

How to File a Claim

Email us

Send photos of the defect and your order number to warranty@antlergear.com. Include a brief description of what happened and how the product was used.

We review

Our team will assess the claim within 3–5 business days and let you know if it qualifies. Most claims are approved — we can tell the difference between a defect and a campfire accident.

Ship it back

If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the product, repairs ship within 10 business days. Replacements ship within 5.

Antler Gear reserves the right to determine whether damage qualifies as a defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Warranty claims are processed at no cost to the customer, including return shipping on approved claims.
